Product Introduction of water filter system
Natural raw water, underground well water, contains a large amount of salts formed from calcium (Ca+) and magnesium (Mg+) ions. If it is directly used as feed water, it is easy to form scale on the heating surface of the equipment, which reduces the efficiency of the equipment, increases the loss, decreases the output, shortens the life of the equipment, and endangers the safety of equipment and people in serious cases. Therefore, JuJinRO special design water softenr for hotels that makes the feed water of the equipment must be softened.

The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations: calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the ion exchange resin layer, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are exchanged with the sodium ions in the resin, and the resin adsorbs the calcium and magnesium ions, and the sodium ions enter the water, so that the water flowing out of the exchanger is the softened water with the hardness ions removed. With the continuous exchange process, all the Na+ in the resin is placed out and loses the exchange function, at this time, the resin must be regenerated with Nacl solution, and the Ca2+ and Mg2+ adsorbed by the resin are replaced, and the resin readsorbs sodium ions and restores the softening exchange capacity.;

According to the customer's requirements, our company adopts Kangjin KJ-KF/E2-900 automatic water softener equipment Combination form: double valve double tank (American Flake control valve 2900 # 6) water output is less than 18-36 tons / hour, the softened water system adopts one use and one backup, alternate regeneration, continuous water supply, no hard water! water purification system
Under the condition that the total hardness of the raw water is ≤400 mg/l (calculated as CaCO3), the effluent quality reaches ≤0.03 mmol/L calculated as CaCO3 aqua filtration system.
